Lena is the founder and Director of Orthopaedic Education, Inc. a 501© (3) Non for Profit Organization. With over 19 years experience in clinical, academic and orthopaedic research; she is responsible for all logistical and program activities; the Registrar for the course, primary liaison for all commercial support coordination, marketing and organization of the Annual Advances Course. Lena has over 10 years experience in orthopaedic continuing medical education courses.

Sheri States, MBA, Program Planner 
Sheri joined Orthopaedic Education, Inc. after working at the University of Virginia for over 17 years. She is responsible for assisting with any logistical or program arrangements. Her primary focus is serving as the coordinator and liaison for all faculty and accreditation activities.
